I have the same error as " https://www.edaboard.com/threads/a-simple-sentaurus-tcad-tool-question.167998/ " with my project.
However, the tool I used before sdevice was sprocess.
I am experiencing the same issue as described in the link above. The file Molefraction.txt does exist in the specified path, and I have confirmed that the previous sprocess step was completed successfully and generated the .tdr file.
In my sprocess structure, I constructed a model of a PIN photodetector.
The materials used are only Ge, Si, Al, and oxide. I don't understand why SDevice will parsing this file.
I also tried running swb as root, as suggested in the post, but the same problem still occurs. I sincerely hope someone who knows how to resolve this issue can provide guidance.
