Sending pickup signal to the phone line

Hi Dears,

I have implemented a circuit which outputs a digital pulse when the phone line starts ringing. Now I need to implement a circuit which sends a pickup signal to the phone line and starts communication between my device and the remote one.

Any idea will be highly appreciated.
