Sending Altium schem/PCB and lib files so another person can work on them?

There is some sore of facility in Altium where the PCB layout guy can send customers a "zipped up" file which contains PCB/SCHEM/LIBRARY all together, (so another altium user can work on it instead).

Do you know what this "zipped up" file is called?
