Send gps data through gprs

how to do same from mobile device itself, i mean how to do this using mobile

I have some how a same problem.. I have develop a gps device which should sent data to particular IP, I have used Ublox, Atmel Avr at2561 and Atmel flash memory.

I need to program my AVR and flash memory. and need a suggestion where should i Put my IP adress.

I am doing the same project but with module sim548c. Can anyone give me its code or AT commands to activate PDP context with the static IP i have.
