Hi to all,

How can I determine the self-resonance frequency of an integrated inductance.

Thanks

Determination is pretty difficult because it's a mechanical phenomena.Instead, you can simulate very quickly to check the self-resonance frequency of integrated inductor.
Sonnet is a good simulator and it's free of charge for small problems like yours.

What I mean by my question is the definition of this frequency?
I found in some paper, that is correspond to the frequency where L and Q equal to 0.
Is this true?

Yes,when L drops to zero and consequently Q will also be zero. This is self resonance frequency and at that point
jwL(self inductance)=1/jwC(parasitic interspir/substrate capacitance of the coil)
