i have found that self-resitance(inductance) of a capacitorcan(some
case size for different frequency) should be calculated by software.
please give me some information and software!!
nice to you!

In general, the bigger the case size, the lower the resistance and greater the inductance. You should be able to get all the data from the manufacturer of the capacitors.

that's ok!
who have atc's software?

Generally, same sizes will have comparably series inductance, eg 0603 is about 0.65nH if I recall well. What can differ is series resistance however. This depends on dielectric losses, and on quality of cap material.
