The heart of this device is a three-phase converter.
The rectify block is Graetz bridge made of 6 LEDs, each one of 200 amperes.
Control range of converter work is done by the range switch. It turns on 20 amperes relays one after another. The whole steering is made for the tension of 24V.
Additional options are cycle and spot welding. They are made on RTx time trials.
Feeder is made of a 24V wiper with fluent control and a roll brake.
The housing is only few meters of 15x15mm profile and 1,5mm plate painted with enamel.
