I am currently working on GALS technology in simulating a processor under the Globally Asynchronous and Locally Synchronous technology under which i wish to apply for selective shutdown of those blocks which arent used by the system for a particular operation, and i wish to compare this architecture with a fully synchronous processor and an ordinary GALS processor which doesnt follow the selective shutdown.

could anyone help me or enlighten me on the information that ive given above.. so that i can processed with the discussion...

thanking you..
