on what basis ,resistor is selected..same value of R can generate threshold voltage right ? I need to design 6 bit 500msps flash adc in cadence. comparator input capacitance was found to be around 6 fFarad.Now i need to fix resistor value.Power is also a matter of concern.but i want to know about the settling time of input sample.(for 2ns design)..
