Selection for IGBT for regenerative braking

Hello i`m right now choosing suitable low cost IGBT with this characteristic 200A/600V/15kHz. Anyone can give me any suggestion?

It looks like you are after 200A (not as stated in your post 200V) 600V IGBT ..
For currents of this magnitude you should consider IGBT modules rather than descrete units ..
Anyhow, here is one example of 200A/600V IGBT: GA200SA60. .

What IGBT is suitable?
Can I replace with a MOSFET?

I`m choosing GA200SA60S standard speed IGBT. If there any chance i get the low cost driver circuit for this IGBT?

Take a look at the MOSFET/IGBT drivers from International Rectifier ..

IR2110
IR2117

to name just a few ..
The cost is reasonable and they are readily available through, for example, RS Components ..
