hello
hope you will be fine as i m new with this IGBT stuff..
Actually am doing a project regarding switching with igbt..
what i had done so far is that i made gate pulses using ATMEGA16 , for switching purpose of IGBT..
what next i need to do is to attach a gate driver IC or circuit for IGBT, and then IGBT , moreover at load side i will use a resistive load for testing purpose, later then i will put a motor(230V/5A or <10A) at load ..
can you please help me in selecting exact IGBT and its driver.. moreover can you also please tell me the circuit information(schematics etc)..
i shall be very thankfull to you
