searching for low NF BJT

Please provide me the part no. of @gilent or NEC 's BJT having low noise figure i.e. 0.5db-0.7db at 2 ghz.

Hi,
You should try the agilents ATF54143 Enhancement mode FET, it requires a +ve voltage on the gate and is very easy to use (match) as well as it is quite stable.

I HAVE SEARCHED IT BUT NOT FOUND BELOW NF 1.2 db

Try the SiGe BFP series from Infineon. Better than Agilent or NEC, and cheapper.
