Dear all , I have do some study about BSIM3 Model. In the reference of Allen analog book, I find a book about BSIM3 Model, this book is

MOSFET Modeling and BSIM3 User's Guide
Yuhua Cheng, Chenming Hu

1999, 484 p., Hardcover

but I can not search PDF file about this book , Someone can help me?

Here is an introduction to the BSIM3.3 models, I got it from the Spectre user reference file. Hope it help.

You can take BSIM3v3.3.0 MOSFET Model Users' Manual from Berkeley site.
