Hi All

It would be grate help if some one can provide a schematics diagram of 30v 2A Adjustable bench power supply
it should be capable to supply duel power
see the image for better understand

Thanks in advanced

I think they intended to place a junction dot just above the 220uF capacitor but the circuit is very poorly designed. It has no feedback to regulate the output and the current limiter is somewhat doubtful in operation. Under the right (or wrong!) circumstances it could simply burn out the voltage control potentiometer. I have doubts it could produce 30V at 2A load without considerable ripple on the output voltage too and the rectifiers would be run at double their rated current.

Hi,
Could you please tell me what's wrong? Thank you.
The upper BC548 base is just connected to a capacitor. It will never be ON.

But instead of asking what´s wrong. Can you tell me how it is meant to work?
I see no regulation loop
I don´t see how the voltage should be adjusted. I see no feedback for a regulation.

I don´t see how it can be operated in "dual supply" as requestted by the OP.
It does not seem to operate in switch mode thus it dissipates a lot of heat.
Heat ... also means thermal drift... which I don´t see is cared of.

O.K. this makes sense.

If there is a junction, then there may be an ouput voltage. But by no means this is something to call an "adjustable bench power supply".

All my other concerns of post#7 still apply.

Thanks for every one

This is the schematics that I design by locking ay my 15v 2A bench power supply

So I need 30V and more than 2A Power supply
