schematic vs layout in rf design

Is it possible to get 100% gain match between layout and schematic when designing Class E PA in cadence. The gain vs frequency is somewhat broad (relatively compared to layout)in schematic but narrow in layout.
 

with wires in schematic now replaced with traces (transmission lines) one can expect change in result.... therefore we invoke optimization to get close results as desired
