hi,

I have a Hspice and I am looking for a schematic input & netlist generation software.

Would you please tell me what would be the best under Linux and Win XP?

thanks a lot.

I think that Synopsys has come up with a Schematic editor. Look into their Galaxy suite. But I am not sure that many reliable Schematic editors work on Windows. If you are doing smaller circuits, you can use LTSPICE or Orcad PSPICE. They have small but OK Schematic editors.

Added after 2 minutes:

Anyways, the best for Schematics is Cadence environment with Virtuoso Schematic editor. They have sockets for HSPICE simulator. It only works on UNIX based environments like Linux and Solaris.

Thanks my friend.

I have Cadence 4.4.3 on UNIX. Some times I want to do some work under winXP. I am using Orcad 10 for the schematic input. I am trying to find some more generic solutions for the schematic input and netlist generations.
