SBC210 - Single board computer based on S5PV210 (ARM CORTEX-A8 CORE)

SBC210 is a EPIC size (Width x Height : 165mm x 115mm) single board computer. It is implemented with a SOM210 CPU module which is based on Samsung’s high-performance S5PV210 multi-media application processor. With the rich features that S5PV210 provided and the product-ready software packages, SBC210 enables developers to design embedded products quickly while reducing their risk and cost.

The S5PV210 application processor incorporates an ARM cortex-A8 CPU core running at speed up to 1GHz. Integrated MFC (multi-format codec) supports hardware encoding and decoding of MPEG-1/2/4, H.263, H.264 (up to 1080p@30fps) and decoding of VC1 (up to 1080p@30fps). Built-in 3D graphics acceleration module enables S5PV210 to support most of the 3D applications and games . To reduce the total system cost and enhance the overall functionality, S5PV210 includes many hardware peripherals such as TFT 24-bit LCD controller, HDMI, TV OUT, GPIOs, I2C, AC97, SPI, USB Host, USB OTG, MMC/SD.

SOM210 CPU module provides the most of functions, and SBC210’s base board provides standard connectors and additional peripherals. The rich feature set of SBC210 is customizable according to the price/performance targets of the user’s application.
