I have installed S12 CodeWarrior Compiler and its manual but it seems that is not appropriate and direct. Now I need a simple help or manula about it that help me.

you might need to register with the freescale semiconductor.

Just my 2 cents worth..
- Create a new project
- add your files
- and compile the lot..

Works like a charm.

I can do what you said but I need an practical and useful help because I am confused between using processor expert and compiler main.
