As you allready know this is a car battery charger layout diagram. On the diagram there is a data for mains transformer TR1 which has two secondary windings. IIp and IIg is 18Vrms winding, wound in two parts with 32 turns of 1.2mm wire and IIb for 14Vrms wound with 50 turns of 0.2mm wire. Primary winding is original and transformer type is TC-180. Next is data for L1 inductor which has 200-600µH inductance, wound on ferrite core (type M2000HM dimensions K45x28x12 or two pieces of K40x25x11) with 50 turns of 1.5-2mm wire.
Output voltage is 6-15V and output current is up to 10A.
