Run time error in opnet v16.1 Lte network

Hi All,
I am running the LTE sample network of opnet v16.1 and it keeps making error and I had to stop it other wise it would go for more error
the error are the same:

I got that
It's all about setting environmental variables.
It's a lazy , poor software that each user has to go through this things manually!!!
