RS-422 to LVDS converter circuit?

Can anyone tell/show me how to convert from RS-422 to LVDS.
RS-422 is Differential to LVDS Differential.

Any help will be appreciated.

it is depends how many channels, You can try to take of the shelf RS422 drivers feed them into FPGA and take LVDS from FPGA, make sure they are staying in different banks
