First of all thanks to all.
Here is the context:

I am creating a device where RPI CM5 is connected to a SD Card. The SD card not having the RPI image. I have USB C connected with USB2 port.

My question is, is it possible to connected the RPI with PC and have access to the SD Card where I can store images / video? Basically same as like an android phone connected with the PC / Laptop and we paste media inside the Phone.

If possible, how I can do it?

If not possible do I need to add anything? Is the other USB port capable to do it?

Thanks a again.

I mean, I personally didn't work with CM5 but worked with an RPI5. Is your question basically how could I connect an external storage to the RPI? Why not just ..... assuming your RPI and PC are on the same network, SCP the files back and forth from your PC to the RPI or vice versa if all you need is to transfer data? No need for a usb connection. Otherwise, this is more or less similar as connecting two OS together AFAIK assumig your RPI is running RPI-OS or a general OS.

If you need more advanced capabilities, say you are working on some kind of robot or drone for example that takes pictures and you need to send it in realtime to this PC, you could try something like ROS2.
