rotation of ligne of matrix in matlab

I have a square matrix (n,n) with a center of symmetry (center of the matrix). I made a measurement on a line (0,n) of the structure and I want a Matlab statement that allows me to rotate that line on the entire matrix. see picture

The draw you posted doesn´t seem like square matrix....
Coud you provide some matrix example ?
