Hey all

I'm designing a ckt which uses a fn.generator of 20V p-p and 1Mhz sine wave as i/p to a transistor IRF511. my problem is, I'm seeing ripples along with the wave at the drain of the mosfet. fn. gen - CFG 250 - o/p impedance = 50ohm
I assume this has something to do with the timing or the input capacitance Ciss or rev. transfer cap Crss of my mosfet. i tried all kinds of filters but they dont seem to be helping. what could be the problem.
I'm kinda pressed for time on this one so i really wish someone can help me get to the problem.

Regards
Guru
