how can calculat ring type puls tranformer for gate drive (mosfet or igbt)
 

Do you mean a toroid core transformer? It's ruled by the same basic equations as a transformer with a standard (e.g. EI, UI) core shape. Important parameters are main inductance, leak inductance, saturation voltage integral.

yes ,toroid core transformer.
intranal diameter 5mm
