What's the differnece, the characteristics, of right half plane zero and
left plane zero?
What will happen when they appear in the system?

Hey, this kind of question arises when you expect the others to make your job. Put something of yourself. Just read again what they are expected to do in any elementary circuit theory book. Then struggle your mind a little. Actually this kind of questions should be punished by moderators.

I'll give you a hint: a RHP zero has positive real part, so it appears in a transfer function like this (s-Zrhp). So look at the phase and the magnitude of such a system. For a LHZ you have (s+Zlhp) so its real part is negative. Look again to the magnitude and phase.
 

left plane zero

Another hint: systems with all zeros in the LHP are called minimum phase and have several desirable properties.
