The RHEL AS3 is the full distribution. Besides the 4 installation disc, the cluster suite, developer suite, extra suite are all available.

it will for amd 64 bit processor also other u can download RHEL 4 AS it is advance new release.

u can use RHEL 4 AS also
all tools works in RHEL4 also
it has backward comapactablity of all release.
