The RHEL AS3 is the full distribution. Besides the 4 installation disc, the cluster suite, developer suite, extra suite are all available.

According to the limitations from some tools, I must use RHEL 3.0 for ADM64.

all tools works in RHEL4 also
it has backward comapactablity of all release.
