RF Power Amplifier Power Drop Issue

Hello,
I am working with a 50 Ohm matched 5W RF amplifier IC in L-band. (NPA1003QA)
Issue I am facing is that in some newly assembled ICs they give complete 5W output power but power starts to decrease and settles down after drop 1-2 dB. Does anyone have faced similar issue ? How can I resolve it ?
