Is anyone tell me that By using S2p parameter of CGH40010f transistor how I convert this model transistor into non linear model by AWR MwO.

s2p data is the measurement result of a typical transistor in a certain quiescent point. you cannot convert it to the transistor model.

Have a look to have a general idea of how to play around an S parameter file, this is however ADS based, but will be help full!!!
