While on the layout topic, anyone out there find a GOOD and CHEAP (< $1000 USD) pcb layout package suitable for RF and multilayer analog/digital layout, schematic capture, and route checking?

I have been struggling with a crude layout package in Eagleware.

I tried something called Circuit Creator, but found it unfriendly.
