The problem is stated as :
Assume an RF electromagnetic wave (100-MHz to 300-GHz) is incident from air onto the printed circuit board of an average mobile phone. Calculate the RF power/energy required to cause a soft (bit flip) upset, and, hard (destroy any component by over-voltage) upset? Assume full λ/4 absorption by any component for all frequencies computed. State any assumptions regarding soft and hard upsets.

any idea in how to start or a document

thank you all in advance
