How to place a switch that is dependent on Time in a pushpull circuit in Advanced Design Systems for maximizing output power?

It depends. If you want to add an ideal switch, use SPDT_DYNAMIC with respective control source. If you want to model a real transistor, use a respective component.
Actually, I don't need to do model a real transistor. I need to do switching my schematic, which is dependent on time intervals. And the Vload would be pulsing after using switch mode in the schematic. I have attached a picture here. Can you support me to do this? I am using ADS software.
