Revision item in schemetic sheet

I have a question about legend table in schematics sheet,I want to use revision in my schematics , I can change manually by parameter in document options ,but I want to set revision automatically like time ,date,folder address ,...
How must I do?

That depends entirely on what produces the schematic and if the program author designed that functionality into it.
What do you use to produce the schematic?

I use altium designer 17.1, I want to add revision code in schematic sheet table
like date, time,...
I can change revision manually from parameter in document option
