Hello all,

I'd like to learn HSPICE. Could someone post useful material (tutorial, sample script etc.) or point me in the right direction. I've been using spectre from the GUI interface, but prefer to learn HSPICE instead. thanks in advance.

Did you try searching Google for "hspice tutorial"? I got several likely looking hits.

Re: want to learn HSPICE

I hope that helps

Re: want to learn HSPICE

Hi.
There are good documentations about Avat! star-HSpice 2001 release on this link
https://www.ee.columbia.edu/~kinget/EE3081_F03/hspice_links.html

It's a very useful guide but it's too long and you should use it like a reference. I think it's better to start with some tutorials and examples and then use this big reference when you need.

Regards,
EZT
