cst resonator simulation

Hi, I'm trying to simulate a simple cavity resonator (f=1.2GHz) but i need to calculate the losses by making a frequency sweep from 1.0 until 1.4 GHz in 0.1 GHz intervals. Is there a way to get the data of a freq sweep and the losses in CST Microwave Studio?
