Resolution and Gaussian distribution

For 10-bit pipeline ADC, the mismatch of the capacitor of the first stage should be at least 10 bit.

How can I define the value of the variance of the capacitor for the Gaussian distribution? Thanks.

The variance value is often mentioned in your model files. You can use that for modelling.
