Hi every one,
I want resistor information for tsmc18rf i mean a table which tell me about resistance per sheet and matching tolerance and ... of each type of resistor. could you please help me?

Should be in your tsmc18rf documentation.

If you don't have access to it, you could perhaps use the last tsmc18 MOSIS WAFER ACCEPTANCE TESTS' sheet resistance values for approximation.

Tolerance or matching parameters aren't given with those test values.
