Is there any other fault analysis methods other that resistive open defect insertion for sram?
FOR RESISTIVE OPEN DEFECT INSERTION WETHER WE HAVE TO CONSIDER FULL ARRAY OF SRAM OR JUST SRAM CELL ALONE?
