can anybody help me for the architecture for converting the resistance change (due to temperature) into voltage.

i have used current source in series with the resistance.any change in the resistance due to temperature will provide corresponding voltage across the resistor.
but i wanted a differential ouput.can anybody suggest.

Another method is a bridge. For your differential output, use two op amps each connected the opposite polarity way to tee bridge nodes.
