i use dspic micro and ir2104 to drive half bridge mosfet

i use 12 volt , 150 watt switching power supply and lm2576 3.3 for dspic.

when the mosfet load is 10 watt no problem but when the load is 50 watt ,micro Continuous

reset and power up.the mosfet is irfz44

i pullup mclr pin with 10k resistor and put 100 nf cap for each vcc gnd.

i think when the mosfet goes on the high load, generate noise and the mclr pin reset.

because i dont have Voltage drop on vcc of micro but when i see gnd line with oscop its noisy when the micro is in reset

how to solve problem?

thank you

use isolators like optocouplers or some driver IC like(ULN8003 in your case some higher rating ICs) so separate power circuit and controller circuit, and don't use common GND.

i cant.because this circuit for esc of quad copter and i use on lipo to supply

Try to add decoupling capacitors on the Vcc pin of mcu. Just use a 10uf electrolytic capacitor and 0.1uf ceramic capacitor in parallel.
Also make sure that both capacitors should be near the vcc pin of mcu.
The purpose of ceramic capacitor is to absorb high frequency ripples and electrolytic capacitor is used for addressing dc line fluctuations.

thank you for reply

my dspic part number is dspic33fj256mc710 and i added 100 nf cap for each vcc gnd and i add 100 nf to MCLR pin for reduce any noise.

do you have any Opinion for this problem ? because i want to design pcb

12V, 150W => more than 10amps!
what size of wires do you use for power supply , and especially for ground wich is common for MCU and Motors?
Add also big capacitor accross the lipo battery output .. to reduce the noise on the power supply.
Add also a 100µH inductor on the input line of LM2576 3,3V...

For noisy environment, maybe the use of a linear voltage regulator is better than a switcher regulator ,
wich can be disturbed when using big power PWM for motors..
even efficency is less.
