There is presently considerable research activity
in the development of the new sources in the terahertz(THz)
region of the spectrum.

The terahertz (THz) frequency range, usually defined as
100GHz – 10THz, represents a significant portion of the
electromagnetic spectrum, which compact, solidstate,
room temperature, sources are still not available.

Re: Terahertz generation

with the exception of the QWITT device, which has negative impedance (and hence can oscillate) upto 2.5THz...

Re: Terahertz generation

Hi is there any way or matlab code/Simulation that I can use for terahertz generation?
