Research in "Carbon nano tube FETs (CNTFETs)....

Hi, All
I"m currently pursuing Mtech in VLSI . I want to perform researchin Carbon Nano Tubes as FETs ,,,Can anyone please suggest me some institutions which are conducting research in CNTs..

I think most of the big universities in US are doing research in CNTs. Definitely, MIT does research on CNT's. Are you pursuing your M.Tech from IIT?

I'm pursuing Mtech from Visweshwaraya technological university, Karnataka..
WHich Indian institutes are conducting CNt research..?
I was able to find only IIsc..

So VIT does not do research on CNT's, then what are you going to do?

I think IIT Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai does research on CNT

I want to do research in CNTs after completing my Mtech, however i have to start preparing for my research from now only... hence wanted to know which institutes are invloved in cNTs,, THanks for the info...
