Hi all,

Does anyone has a substrate file in ADS for AMS 0.35um process? I tried to find the corresponding parameters in the AMS documents.
However, the simulation result in ADS using my substrate file is not satisfactory. There exists much deviation from expected values.
I am currently designing an inductor. Could anyone provide some help?
