[req] How to recover encrypted files using CER and PFX files

Dear all
I have encrypted my files on a Windows XP OS, using EFS (Encrypting File System).
I have exported that systems CER and PFX files to a USB Flash disk.

Now I want to recover my files on another Windows XP system. I think that i can do this because i have CER and PFX files. But i do not know how?

Any one can help me?
