Req: burst syncronous sram

Hi,
Can anyone suggest a manufacturer of burst synchronous sram, other than Alliance Semiconductor. I need access times under 5ns, capacity over 128K and databus of 16/18/32/36 bits.

Do you mean by 5ns = clock cycle? So 200MHz?

ISSI has some sync sram with 200mhz speed:

Cypress (https://www.cypress.com) has a lot of Synchronous SRAMs. They are working together with Micron. Some year ago Cypress bought the company Galvantech with all their RAM-production too.
