[REQ]BTS 100 TEMPFET EQUIVELENT

Hi friends,

I have opened smps of Siemens 314CPU and found that the component BTS100 was damaged but I can't able to find equivelent of this p channel mosfet.

Please help me to find equivalent of BTS 100 mosfet.

I have attached data sheet here...

Hi,
As for direct replacement, I don't know. But I use the IRF9540.
Comparison:
BTS100:
50V, 8A, 44W, 0.3ohm
IRF9540:
100V, 19A, 150W, 0.2ohm
IRF9530:
100V, 12A, 88W, 0.3ohm
I think you could use IRF9530/IRF9540. Pin configuration - same for all three.
