Hi,
I'm looking for infos concerning the AT91RM9200. Unfortunately there's only a very poor datasheet (35 pages) at their homepage. Does anyone have more detailled information (full datasheets, schematics of the evaluation board, erratas ......)?

No !! Only AT91RM9200 Preliminary Summary (36 pages, Updated 2/03) ... Look befor answer !
 

dainis (ARM expert! )) you are right... but I don't believe that you can find another docs at this moment. Maybe sooooon...
 

At this ftp address you can find the complete development CD-ROM for the AT91 family and of course for AT91RM9200.
