Where can I find a power supply circuit for my 3 v walkman ?
Mains : 230V ~50Hz

You can either use a linear regulator LM317 to make a power supply. Or you can use a switching regulator like LM2576 to make an efficient regulated supply.

If you see the datasheets of these ICs, you can see the sample schematic diagrams also.

Walkman current consumption is low, so simple and noise-less circuit of LM317 is much better.
