I would like to build a light meter with UV photodiode. But I can not find one. I need some such: EPD-440-0 / 1.45

Look for other GaP photodiodes such as

Unfortunately Farnell don't sell specialist devices - for that you need to speak to specialist suppliers. You might find the odd device at RS Components e.g. Stock number 492474 but you will get a far better choice from the specialist companies.
